Can't get my e-bill/Sef serve working!?!

Trying to get my e-bill. My account does not show any linked accounts, but when I go to add my account it says "Specified Object Already Exists".

in the top right hand corner of the screen there is a drop down menu that should show your #. Did you just sign up & your first bill possibly isn't ready yet?
Hi William You need to be set up on your self serve as the account owner not manager. It sounds like that is what has happened.
