Can't change my plan, I want to take advantage of the current offers.


I've been trying to use the self serve portion of the site for a week. Every time I go to the plan tab I see "Sorry, there was an unexpected error. Please try again later." Followed by a number in brackets that changes every time. I decided to just call customer support today to change it because the self serve change is clearly not working. She couldn't change it either! I was told to wait and call back on Monday... What's going on? I've seen that other people have been able to switch just fine by calling 😕. Try deleting your browser cookies, history & cache as well as make sure your Browser is set to accept cookies. Koodo's site is optimized for the newest version of Firefox & Internet Explorer so make sure your using on of those browsers.

I tried all of this with a lot of hope, since I wasn't using either of these browsers. Unfortunately I'm still having the same issue. Thanks for the suggestions!
