Can't access my bill from the self serve app

Can you access it using your PC?, if you cannot access it using Mobile self serve app then try it on PC.

Hi Jason, if you still have difficulties with the Mobile Self Serve app, uninstall it and install again. Note that it can only work if you have a regular Self Serve account (on a computer). Also, the mobile app sometimes won't work over a WiFi connection. If you have a data plan, try checking it over your mobile data connection.
