Can't access e-bill or phone plan status.


I can't access my e-bill or my plan info on my account self serve please help, When I registered they never requested my account number which I believe is the core of the problem. All I can do is modify my account security detail. Also the mobile website keeps redirecting everything i do on my phone back to the home page.

Hey Simon, I'd suggest calling Koodo at *611 form your Koodo phone and they can help properly set up your self-serve account and/or fix any mistakes that you may have done during the registration process 🙂
