Can I transfer an existing prepaid phone number to another account?

I have a prepaid account and my boyfriend has an account. We were wondering if he could add a line to his account but transfer my existing prepaid phone number to it?

If his account is a postpaid account then yes you can port your prepaid number into his postpaid account
