Can I get my bill e-mailed to me


I would like to get an e-mail of my bill every time it is ready please.

Yes you can!! Sign up for eBill from your self serve account. Thing is tho, you'll get an email telling you it's ready for you and then you have to log into your account to download the PDF
NO YOU CAN'T they say you can but really they are lying. New customer too and they can not even get that right for me. The first two or three months I got the e-mails telling me my bill was ready for viewing but then after that nothing and to top it off there is NO CONTACT INFORMATION TO TELL KOODO THIS.

After you received your bill notification, you have to log into self serve to see the Ebill.
ALSO THE KOODO website does not come close to looking like the picture above. There is NO BILLING OVERVIEW AND NO WAY TO GET TO "BILL TYPE AND NOTIFICATIONS". You can simply view your bill and that is it.

Hey Richard,

Indeed the design has changed. If you need to check your invoice, please log in to your Self-Serve, click on "Self-Serve" and then "Billing". You'll be able to view your invoices and you can also download them (if necessary). If you want to configure your notification, you just need to click on "Change address" and then "Change Bill type / Notifications".

Nabil, it is quite difficult to find the second screen. Shouldn't it be more accessible and have a category of its own?

Actually there still is a billing overview. It may not be the same design as before, but it's still there
