Can I change my billing cycle? As I have 4 Koodo line at my home (All separate account) 3 have same billing cycle except 1. Can I change the billing cycle? Thanks

I think the answer is no. But you could merge them under one account and that way you also benefit from unlimited family calling between all of you.
