Can I apply monthly add-on for last bill or genrated unpaid bill?


I am not aware about the incoming calls are counted in anytime minutes. I received 450 Minutes incoming calls my bill boost up by $150. I was charged heavily for the anytime minutes . Can i apply $10 to my plan to get waived off of excess $150. Can I apply monthly add-on for last bill?

You cannot apply add ons retroactively (unless you have a time machine, although that may violate causality). If you call Koodo customer service and ask nicely they [i]might be willing to credit some or all of the extra charges, but there are no guarantees.

You would also need a flux capacitor and 1.21 gigawatts of electrical power to operate it
