Can anyone help me please?


I am already a customer with Koodo and I have grown tired of my current cellphone. What are my options? At what extra cost can I change my phone? Where can I see how much I have left to pay on my phone?

Login to self serve > You will see your tab balance top right corner under "my account", or click on "Koodo Tab" and you will see it. You can pay off your current tab and you can upgrade your phone with a new tab. You can sell your current phone after the upgrade or keep it as a back up phone.
