call forward charge on unlimited plan


I have the voice unlimited Cadana wide + 1Gb data plan. When I set up my phone to forward all calls to my extension at work (same area code 514) I get charged pay-per-use minutes. Why? Thanks.

you have access to pay per use call forwarding but its not included in your minutes. You can add a call forwarding add on to your line via self serve that will cover your minutes

Thanks for the answer! However, it is disappointing to know that I have unlimited calling Canada-wide and call forward is not treated like a regular call from my line to the forward number.
