BYOD discount removed every month


Why does koodo keep removing my BYOD discount after each month??? I'm sick and tired calling customer service and wasting my time to put it back on. I believe they are trying to scam me. They think I won't notice them removing the discount...

I never had any issue with my BYOD discount. Call them back and why and see if they have any answer. Also you can email Koodo https://koodomobile.com/en/on/contact.shtml
