Bills, texts from Koodo all in French, while I opted for English correspondence during activation and website use. How do I change this?

Call customer service at 1-866-995-6636 or *611 from your Koodo phone and they'll sort it out.

No. It's not something you can do on self-serve. If your billing address is in QC, then billing default language becomes French, unless you specifically ask for it to be English, in accordance with QC consumer protection law.
