Billing to credit card...where to confirm that status?

Where can I check whether my bill has been auto-charged to my credit card? I'm definitely getting an e-bill as requested. I 'm pretty sure when I started a contract with koodo a few weeks ago, I had asked the sales rep to bill to my credit card automatically. Thanks

I don't think they can set you up for billing to a credit card when you buy the phone. In any cas, log into your account on the koodo site under self serve go to billing and look if it says next pre-authorized payment date. Ok, I tried to insert a picture so you can visualize it, but for some reason it doesn't show. 😞

You need to pay the first bill manually, the pre-authorized payments kick in on the next cycle.
