Billing question


I received my final billing.I ported my number at May5,Why Koodoo charged me the monthly fee until May 28?

The only reason I can think of, since as a general rule the account t is closed once the porting process is initiated, is that you had a non unlimited plan and prorating might have caused you a lot of overages. What plan did you have with Koodo and how much talk time did you use in the last month?

I don't believe that is the reason. If you port to Koodo Prepaid or TELUS, you get refunded for the remaining days right away. For some reason, when you port to a non-TELUS provider, they don't refund the full month unless you contact them, in which case they have to refund because of the Wireless Code. All assuming that is what OP is talking about, and it didn't change recently.

I had a 500min and 1g data.I only used about 10 minutes,and about 20m data.

The only employees here are people with the employee tag by their name. The rest of us have no access to accounts. Billing disputes need to be settled by speaking with a rep. It'd be best to contact Koodo directly by sending a private message on Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get the final bill corrected for the proper date of porting.
