Billing question


we just closed a koodo account and at that time paid all the charges too.....after 3 months now a bill was sent saying $867 pending amount....what to do now?????

Closed how? Sounds like you haven't paid all outstanding charges after all.

You will need to call Koodo to sort things out. Number is in the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.
Spoke to the customer care and paid the final bill she told through a credit card online and asked her to close the account....then she never said about this amount...

What is the amount for? Outstanding balance on the phones you had, extra use, what is it?
