I signed up with Koodo on Jan 3 and just received my SIM card on Jan 12, was shipped on the 6th. I just checked my Koodo and they are trying to bill me 12$ for the phone plan even when it was not active with them as I did not have the SIM card. It’s your prorated part of the first billing cycle plus the first full month. So for you, that’s 6 days plus one month on your first bill.
