Hi, does anyone know how to reach an actual person to discuss my billing?
I received my SIM card today. Sept 14. I ordered the SIM card on Sept. 3
I have this line on my bill:
Partial charges: $8.33
$50 10GB UL Can mins SFD (Sep 07 To Sep 11)
I am not sure how I can be billed when it was not possible to use Koodo services until Sept 14.
