Hi, does anyone know how to reach an actual person to discuss my billing?

I received my SIM card today. Sept 14. I ordered the SIM card on Sept. 3

I have this line on my bill:

Partial charges: $8.33

$50 10GB UL Can mins SFD (Sep 07 To Sep 11)

I am not sure how I can be billed when it was not possible to use Koodo services until Sept 14.

They estimate when it will arrive and activate it based off that estimation.

Easiest way to contact a rep would be a pm to Koodo via Facebook or Twitter.

Note that you are billed from the date you make your purchase. That said, since it took a while for you to receive the SIM card, you can contact them to credit you back the days in which your order was in transit. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/charges-explained
