billing not showing on the self serve nor any SMS is sent to the customer


Hi, Day before yesterday I have deposited cash in the bank for my post paid account number but still the payment is not reflecting in the self serve portal not I have received any SMS for the confirmation of the payment.Last date of payment showing in my portal is 12th March 2014.How can be assured that koodo has received the payment?How much time it takes to get the payment reflected in the portal? It takes 3-5 business days for the payment to process through online banking. Credit card payments are the only payments that are processed instantly.

And even then it takes a few days for it to reflect on the Self Serve Amount Owing field. If you are worried, give Koodo a call and report your payment

Credit Card payments are shown instantly. Bank Payments take the 3-5 days to post to the account. If a Koodo agent sees the payment, so will the customer in Self Serve.

I respectfully disagree. I have pre-auth credit card and it still shows owing after my due date before it finally zero'd it a few days afterwards

I'm talking about calling in and making a credit card payment.

Proactively, keep checking your self serve account every couple of days until the payment is received. I always suggest making the payment minimum 6 days prior to the due date to give yourself the time for Koodo to receive the payment in full and on time. Keep into consideration, the due date the payment has to be received not when you make the payment which creates discrepencies on bills being payed late. If worst comes to worst, if Koodo hasn't received your payment after 5 business days I'd contact your bank to request a payment investigation.
Ok,I checked now the payment gets reflected.So surprised,koodo does not send any notification SMS either when receiving the payment 😞 ...I do not know if they normally send notification or not...if not..they should at least notify the user...
