I got port from Koodo in November and I am still getting e bill from December to January is this normal should I have to pay the bill?

I have not used the kodoo after November.

Download your PDF invoice from the self-serve portal. It will outline your fees. There are often costs associated with the account, unless you ported on exactly the last day of your billing period.
