Billing issue


hi there i am trying to speak to a rep. but i guess ur service aint 24/7...anyways on 22nd Aug my pre-authorisez payment way taken and my current kodoo balance is 0....but this transaction is not seen on my bank account. i need help to find out.

You will have to talk to someone at Koodo Hours of Operation Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm Saturday: 9am - 7pm Sunday: 9am - 7pm
