Billing Inquiry


Hi, I'm trying to use the self serve option to pay my bill via credit card.

I keep getting the error message, "The transaction didn't go through. Please re-enter your information or try a different payment method."

I've tried a couple of cards and I keep getting the same error message.

Makensure that the name on the card your using is the same name as that on the account.
That's all the same. Not the issue 🙂

The billing adresses must match as well I think?

@Karen Can you pls use #123 and press 3 for payment for this month?
