Billing Info


My phone is registered under my uncle's name and I can't change it online and neither can I pay my bills because my credit card is under my name not his. How can I change the account's owner name??

You'll have to visit a koodo kiosk with your uncle and have the account put into your name or what's known as a transfer of ownership. It will cost you $25 so be prepared for that so it's not a surprise when you go.

Hi Bouchra, If you and/or your uncle can't make it to a kiosk, you can instead call us at 611 from your Koodo phone (1-866-995-6636 from another line) to switch ownership. Your uncle will have to start the process, then you'll have 10 days to complete it. Please keep in mind that you'll be getting a new account number too, so you won't accidentally pay into the old account. ________________________ If you see a good answer, give it a star.
