Billing help


My E-Bill was due yesterday on Christmas and still hasn't come in yet. I want to pay it off before i buy anything on boxing day. Please help me

Did you try calling Koodo to see if their system was updated with your new bill, yet?

When you get notifications about the new bill, it usually takes a couple days for it to post all the details. I'll admit they do release those notifications prematurely.

If you have a monthly plan and you know you didnt go over on data or LD, just go ahead and pay your bill. This is what I do.
