Billing error wrong start date

I got my first Koodo Bill, and I’ve got a service charge from Sept 29 to oct 5, when I only received my Sim card Oct 5. I would like a credit from Sept 29 to Oct 4.

Koodo typically starts charging whenver they think you will received the SIM card. If you receive it at a later date, you’ll still be charged even though you have not used the service. If you really want to receive a credit, you would need to contact Koodo as suggest by nim above.
