Billing error

I paid double for this months.


Because my card had some issues last month, pre-authorised payment didn’t work. When I saw the acoount, it was due. So I paid by credit card. Then I have seen pre-authorised payement had paid ahead. I wonder why self-serve said that I have amount due. How can I get the amount back?

So the preauthorized payment did work in the end? I’m not sure why it didn’t work the first time but it would be credited against next month. You won’t have to pay then. If you really need that money back now and can’t wait for it to be used against your next month, you’ll have to send a private message to Koodo via FB Messenger or DM via Twitter to request it be credited.

I cannot tell you for sure, but i think it was due to a system error. Also in April we had this type of issue, pre-authorized credit card payments were processed twice for a small number of customers. If you want your money back, you can ask for a refund, if not, that amount will be used for future payments.
