I changed my plan. My plan was $35 for May 7 to June 6. It was updated to a plan that was $55 a month. I was charged $55 a month and was only credited for the 8 days for the $35. ( it is advance charge, not something I already paid)then I was charged the extra for the 8 days based on the $55, so it ended up costing me $60 for the $55 plan. They should credit and charge for the same plan amount ($55) so it ends up even , otherwise they are over charging everyone. Koodo must revisit this or there is going to be a complaint filed with the commission. I saw the error. Please reevaluate your billing when a plan is changed.
