Billing cycle start date?

Hey, I'm switching over to Koodo in a few days and was wondering how the cycle works. Does koodo operate on a month-to-month cycle, or do they operate on a 30 day cycle? If I start a plan on December 20, will the cycle end Dec 31, or will it end January 19? Thanks for the help! Trying to decide if I should sign up soon, or wait until January 1st. Thanks!

In addition, once a random bill date is assigned to you (usually a few days after you sign up), you can expect your bill on the same date from then on.

Wait.  On Prepaid its a 30 day cycle but for monthly plans its month to month.

So my billing cycle is always from the 15th of the month to the 14th of the following month.

Thanks guys! Sorry for the confusion if any! I was asking because with my current provider (which I am about to drop) they operate on a month to month cycle (ie. January cycle, February cycle, etc.) so when I signed up 2 years ago on December 22, I paid $75 for 9 days of service because that "December cycle" ended on Dec 31 (SO LAME!) I just wanted to see if Koodo was the same, if it was I was just going to wait until January 1st. Thanks for all the help!

@Amanda
   Koodo has a number of billing cycles, so without a doubt, your first bill will include some number of days between when you sing up, and when your billing cycle starts. You will be billed those few days and your upcoming billing period in the first bill. There is an explanation of this in Koodo's FAQ's, under 'Managing my Bill'

Prepaid plans are for 30 days.
When you activate your base plan, it should show on self serve how long your base plan is active for
