Billing Confusion

I just recently merged accounts with my spouse. I also just received an email from koodo saying my e-bill notification was not sent out last month and that if my bill was not paid I would not have a late fee. I have looked into our selfserve and there is some confusion with the fact that I have THREE different account options in the drop down menu - but also - we don't have anything owing, in fact, it would appear as though we have a $45 OVERpayment on one account. I could really use some help with all of this billing confusion! And if something was paid before the merge of our accounts, I would like that money to be applied to our current account. So I have realized that the email I received was a mass mailing - not very concerned about that, more curious about my self-serve confusion. THANKS AGAIN
