I transferring my PC Mobile account to Koodo … as requested by Koodo. Koodo did not close my PC Mobile account. Each month I receive two emails from both account. This caused confusion in my payments. I am now owned money because of over payments.
Also, because I pay one account the other account screwed my credit rating … CATCH-22. I can’t win … Koodo created a no-win situation.
This is all caused by Koodo’s failure to close my PC Mobile account.
I want my money back!
I want my credit rating back!
