Billing .. and Tedding's Unexcellent Increase Adventure ???


Hi Koodo! Can you explain why my monthly billing jumped to $50.40 from the regular $44.80? This is the 3rd time it's happened. I know I've had a couple bills previously which were higher due to data usage, but I didn't think I went over my limit this month. Soooo, what's the reason for the increase? Did you raise your rates, and I missed the memo? Part of why I chose to go with Koodo was due to the great (low!) monthly price. I think my tab is paid off, too .... Thanks for any information you can offer! Krystal

Koodo never changes your plan. What does your pdf ebill say your charges are for?
