Why is my billing  double. I paid last month

If possible, can you post a snapshot where you saw double billing? (hide all personal information before posting please)

In many cases, the PDF bill in your selfserve should explain the charge. I would suggest you check the page 3 (or 4) of the detail pdf bill within your selfserve.

If you paid last month bill after due date or close to new bill date, the. your payment info might not reflect on your new bill.
