I no longer have a phone with Kodo, however they are still sending me bills saying that i owe -$16.00 and some change? am i still owing or is this a credit that should be reimbursed to me? if i owe this amount i would pay it however i think that Kodo owes me the $16. as it is in a negative, please get back to me

Based on what you stated, you would be correct. Call Koodo and have them issue a check for that amount. They will confirm it first just as a safety precaution.
