Billed 3 Times for a Gigs that wasnt loading

I needed more data on September.  But I think I had a technical problem or your site and you charged me 3 times 1 Gig at 22$.  Can you check it ? Also when I tried to upgrade my data I couldn't it always said that I cannot change it in the first 30 days but I think the 30 dans was done.

When you added more data, did you send the text “22YES” to Koodo 3 times? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/shock-free-data

Also,I would suggest you check the page 3 (or 4) of the PDF bill in selfserve (if you haven’t) to see if the charge was from the data topup or something else.
