I am not even on Koodo but keep getting sent a bill to my old address which I have moved out of and emailed to my email  as well. How do I get this to stop?

here is the lastest email

yeah the last month, every month and in the mail too before I moved

That is weird.  This shouldnt happen.  It looks like something is “stuck”

 

I recommend sending a prviate message to koodo via facebook or twitter and a rep will have to look deeper into your old account

How long has this been going on for? Is the email you used to register for this forum the same as for your self-serve account?

over a year, I have not been with Koodo since 2014 I think. no a different email

Did you see what the bill says?  Does it say $0 owing every month?
