bill viewing problem


I can not view my bill on line, it always asks me to enter new email, please advise.

If you see only "changing your email or password"... You set up your self serve account as an account manager instead of the owner. You'll need to call Koodo *611 from your phone. It's easy fix 🙂
This is a wierd system design. Not sure when Koodo will fix this issue. one should not expect Additional call from user and there is not clear error message on what is wrong. I spent 2 hrs trying all links but none works.

What is exactly your problem? You can't access your bill on self serve?
Yes. Iam not able to view bill upon login. Also i would like to know if my prepaid balance is transferred to postpaid plan

Ohh. I see you transferred from prepaid to postpaid? Keep in mind it may take some time before you get your first bill. How long ago did you make the switch?

So, you transferred your prepaid account to post paid a month ago.
Did you create/register for new post paid self serve account?
