I don't know why my bill her so higher

I recommend looking over your bill first. Look at page 3(self self > billing > view ebill). This will show you all of the charges & explain why your bill is higher.

That's your rate plan. It's the Canada Wide 500MB 500minutes for $50. That means you have 500 air time minutes to use between 8 am - 5 pm. Evenings & weekends won't use airtime & you won't have any Canada Long distance charges. You also get unlimited messaging, 500 mb(mobile internet), Call Display, Call WAiting, Voicemail & Conference calling. The overage rate for the air time is $0.50/minute & the overage rate for the mobile internet is $5/250mb.

I think the problem was the OP didn't know that what he was reading was just the plan name. It does look confusing

This is a prorated bill. SInce you started your service on Sept.3 and your billing cycle starts on Sept.11 The period from Sept.3-10 is your prorated amount from that period. Along with my link above, this link will help explain it too http://koodomobile.com/samplebill.pdf

It's totally normal Rafael. It works the same way for everyone. Next month you won't see that unless you change plans.
