Bill payment looping


Koodoo's online bill payment system loops after stage 2. I cannot get past this stage. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Hi Marco - we're experiencing some issues at the moment with our online payment method. You can still make payments through the IVR system by calling 611 from your phone, or through online banking.
