bill payment issue


The system says my card info does not match billing address when both are the same. How do I pay my bill?

Can you double check that they also match the Canada Post standard format as fhats what Koodo goes by? Could be that must a slight difference despite being the same address could be messing it up. Let us know.
I checked my address at both places. In koodo account and for my cc as well. They both are the same. And it is the same in Canada Post as well
I had issues last month too while making the payment

You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to have a rep look into it if there's something on Koodo's end. In the meanwhile you do have the option to pay with online banking sonyoure not late.

Like Goran said, you'll have to contact Koodo to get this sorted out for you.
