To make payment arrangements you need to call customer service and work something out with them, unfortunately we can't do anything for you here. Dial *611 from your mobile device

Hey Zhxia! Have you tried turning off/on your phone? If your phone is still suspended, I suggest contacting our payment services team (number above) to let them know you made a payment.  Have a good one!
