Is there anyone I can talk to on the phone at koodo. I switched to Telius and want to pay my bill but cannot get into Koodo

You should stil have access to koodo selfserve within 90 days of cancellation. From there you could check your final bill and make payment there. Make sure you check the final bill, as it would be issued after cancellation.
