Bill payment


I paid 250 on my account last week and today I get a text saying I owe 344.00. It isn't registering my payment. There have been numerous discrepancies like this where payments were made but not counted on my account. Is there an email to contact koodo. There telephone help line is terrible

If you make a payment too close to the due date, the bill won't register the payment made. You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it looked at if you have been making payments early.

If you paid your bill late, then your next invoice may not have had time to apply your previous payment to your new invoice.  In this case, I would subtract the amount that you already paid from the new invoice.  I would check your detailed pdf ebill in self serve (the new bill and the previous months) just to confirm what your invoice is saying
