Sorry to know that ! The best thing to do to know the reason is to call customer service by dialing *611 from your cell and if not working to call from another phone to 1-866-995-6636

Were you disconnected for late payment? If so, how did you pay? If it was through online banking, it may take a few business days for it process. A credit card payment is usually instant. I would call them and give them some type of confirmation (usually a reference 😵 so your services can be reinstated.
