Bill notification on up to 3 devices - how to configure


Hi, the koodo portal indicates SMS can be sent on "up to 3 devices" for billing notifications, but it's not clear where the alternate SMS numbers/device numbers can be entered. it seems to default to your own device, as well as your own email, but won't let you type in any other devices on which to receive a notification, even though it says "up to 3 are supported". any ideas?

They have to be phone that are attached to your account. We have 3 phones and the numbers automatically show up with check boxes to flag which numbers we want notifications to be sent. You can pick another number though that is not attached yo your account.
