I have purchased a koodo number XXX-XXX-XXXX on November 5th, 2018 with a rate plan of 35 dollars. On next day , i changed my mind due to unhappy services. I talked with koodo customer care representative on November 6th, 2018 to deactivate the number. I asked several times that i have to pay something like activation charges or anything. But he checked system several times and said no . You don't have to pay even a single penny because you are going to deactivate number within 24 hours. But now they sent me bill of 35 dollars. As koodo said that the call is recorded for inquirie purpose. Now they can check my conversation with representative . I am not going to pay anything. Otherwise i will deactivate my current number XXX-XXX-XXXX and also recommend my friend's and family to stop using koodo.

Hi,
Don't post your number in a public forum. You need to contact Koodo to dispute though. I would suggest you send message to their facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) so you don't have to wait on phone.
You mentioned you had another number with Koodo, what did it say in your pdf bill? was it the connection fee?
