Bill emails with zero balance after leaving Koodo


I recently transferred to another provider and paid the balance owing. I just got an email saying “Your E-Bill for June is ready and can be viewed on Self Serve. Total amount due:  $0.00”. Self-serve itself says I don’t have a balance owing. Going to “Profile” gives me a broken page. There is no unsubscribe link in the email. How do I stop these emails?

When did you transfer to another provider?

Koodo closes your self serve account after 90 days, so I would just ignore keep the emails for now in case anything unexpected happens and it will automatically stop

Yeah just last month, well within 90 days. OK, I’ll just wait then, thanks.

That's a good idea.... Just Incase you get an unexpected credit or something, it would be good to know 🤷
