I recently transferred to another provider and paid the balance owing. I just got an email saying “Your E-Bill for June is ready and can be viewed on Self Serve. Total amount due: $0.00”. Self-serve itself says I don’t have a balance owing. Going to “Profile” gives me a broken page. There is no unsubscribe link in the email. How do I stop these emails?

When did you transfer to another provider?
Koodo closes your self serve account after 90 days, so I would just ignore keep the emails for now in case anything unexpected happens and it will automatically stop
