Bill cycle started before joining Koodo?

I just joined Koodo and ordered a sim and a monthly plan online on Nov. 14, and received my sim through canada post on Nov. 18, but whenever i check my current usage, it says my current bill cycle is from October 22, 2019 to November 21, 2019:neutral_face: and now I only have 2 days until the end of my current bill!

I inserted this sim just yesterday and I have only used 15 megabytes of the 2 gigabytes for the first cycle!

Why Oct. 22? what’s happening?

Your first bill will be prorated for that initial period.


Just wait until you receive your first bill and see what the detailed pdf ebill says.
