Bill Credit Not Reflecting

Hi there. I was supposed to get a credit for the two times I was charged $10.00 so total $20.00 plus HST but I do not see anything on the account. It has been about 2 weeks since someone from Koodo called me after my initial post

Wait till your bill gets out and you’ll most likely see it there.

Just a note. They don't send you a updated PDF E-bill after they made adjustments.  You will see all the adjustments on your next bill.

But, if you check "Balance Due" on the overview page, then you will see adjusted amount within few days.

You mentioned they applied some credit 2weeks ago. So, check your self serve under " View my bill"

Hey @Dagmara - You’re correct! Looks like we made a mistake and only applied a credit for one of the charges last time. Not to worry, the 2nd credit was just applied (you should see your updated balance in Self Serve shortly).

As Mayumi mentioned, the invoice won’t get updated however, you’ll end up seeing both credits on your next invoice :)
