Bill charges taken off, when will it be processed on my account?

I had a problem with some charges on my bill. I spoke to customer services and they took the charges off (two days ago now). When will I see this on my account so I know exactly how much my bill is now?

You won't see it reflected until next months bill is issued
Does the mean I have to pay the current charges on my online account ($200 over my usual charge) or do I just pay what my bill normally is.

I'm pretty sure you pay it as is, and next month you get credited for the charge that was taken off.

Check what your account states you owe online rather than the bill itself. Bills can't be changed after they're processed. Just the amount owing on your account can.
