I'm trying to figure out why my bill is $10 more this month? Is there any email or phone number for customer service?

The typical culprit for this is the end of a bill credit promotion. We often have sweet deals like a $10 for 12 or 24 month bill credit at the time of activation or renewal. If you took advantage of such a promotion at the time of your last purchase, it may be that the credit has now ended. Take a look at the bill and it should reveal the details :)
