I recently got my first bill for my mobile, after I got the message or email I when to my bank account and wrote down my Koodo account number on the “pay bill” section on my bank account and paid, but my money got out of my account but it still says I still have to pay for my bills. I have waited 3 day to get through. Can someone please help me?

It takes a few days for payment to be processed via the bank
